Work where the crew owns the gear.
We do not subcontract, which means the person who sets your lighting rig is on staff and the person who cuts the film sits two desks away. Every posting below says what you will own, who you report to, and what it pays. Bands are published on all of them, because withholding them wastes the first call for both sides.
Open roles.
Every posting says what you will own, who you report to, what the first ninety days look like, and the band. If none of these fit, write to us anyway.
