What this page covers
These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the agreement for any work we do for you: an event, a film, a website or a supply order is governed by the quotation and the contract signed for that particular job, and nothing on this page changes what either of us agreed there.
Using the site
You are welcome to read, share and link to anything here. Please do not copy the photography, film, illustration or written case studies for your own commercial use, and do not present our work as somebody else's. If you would like to use something, ask: the answer is often yes, and it costs an email.
Automated scraping that degrades the site for other people is not welcome. Nor is any attempt to reach the parts of it that are not public.
The work shown here
Every project on this site was produced by our own team. Photographs, films and designs remain the property of whoever holds the rights under the agreement for that job, which is usually the client, and they appear here with permission.
Where a client has asked not to be named, we describe their sector instead of their company. That is why some case studies say "a pharmaceutical manufacturer" rather than a brand name.
Numbers and results
Figures quoted in case studies are the numbers the client agreed we could publish. They describe what happened on that job with that budget in that market, and they are not a forecast of what will happen on yours. Anybody who tells you otherwise about their own portfolio is selling you something.
Prices on this site
Where a service page publishes a price, that is our current indicative price for the scope described beside it. It is a real number rather than a decoy, and it is not a quotation: the price for your job depends on dates, venue, scale and what is already in place, and we will put it in writing before anything starts.
A published price can change. The figure that binds us is the one on your quotation, and it holds for the period that quotation states.
Enquiries
Sending us a brief does not commit you to anything, and receiving one does not commit us to taking the work on. We will tell you if we are not the right studio for something, which happens, and is cheaper for both of us than finding out later.
Availability of the site
We keep this site up and it is occasionally down. Nothing here is a guarantee of uninterrupted access, and no decision that matters should depend on a page loading at a particular moment. Reach us on +880-1711-045500 if something is urgent.

Where we link to a client's website or a social profile, that site is theirs and its content is not ours to answer for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this website.
