Owns the first conversation and the scope that comes out of it. Rezaul writes the costed line by line quotations, which is why the number you are given on a call is the number that appears in writing.
We started as an event company that rented everything and got let down by vendors we could not control. So we bought the gear, hired the crew, and kept building departments until there was nobody left to blame but us.
For the first two years we were an event company that rented everything. The sound came from one vendor, the LED from another, the film from a third, and when something failed on the day the answer was always that it was somebody else’s scope.
So we bought the gear, hired the crew, and then kept going: a film unit, a design studio, a digital team, and eventually the people who register companies. Not because a wider service list sells better, but because every handover we removed was a place where something used to go wrong.
That is the whole proposition. You get one contract and one named contact, and nobody on our side gets to say a problem belonged to another vendor.

Every line here is the year a department opened, not a press release.
Two people and a rented sound system, running product launches and dealer meets for local distributors. Everything technical was subcontracted, and that is exactly the arrangement the company was later built to avoid.
Audio, lighting and a small LED inventory, on the argument that a vendor who owns the equipment controls what arrives on the day. It also meant the crew setting up was the crew that would be there when something failed.
A camera department and an edit suite, because the opening film for a conference kept being the item that arrived late from a third party. Corporate documentary work grew out of that and is now a service in its own right.
Identity, print and event graphics under the same roof as the production team, so a stage backdrop and a delegate kit are set by the people who know what the hall looks like.
Social and performance marketing, built around enquiry quality rather than reach, because most of our clients have no online checkout to attribute a campaign to.
Added after enough international clients asked who could register their Bangladesh entity, open the bank account and keep the compliance calendar. It is the least glamorous service here and the one that starts the longest relationships.
Ten capabilities in one building. The reason to consolidate is not the discount, it is that nobody gets to say a problem was another vendor's scope.
One lead per department. When you brief us, one of these six is in the room, and they stay on it.

Head of Production
Runs the events calendar and the crew. Nusrat holds the production schedule for every show, which means she is the person who decides whether a late change is safe to make and says no when it is not.
Head of Film
Directs the documentary and brand film work, and plans shoots so one production yields the long form piece and every social cut that follows. Previously in broadcast, which is where the discipline about coverage comes from.
Design Lead
Owns identity and print. Farzana builds systems as template sets rather than guideline documents, on the argument that a brand survives contact with the people using it or it does not survive at all.
Head of Digital
Runs paid media and measurement for clients with no online checkout, which makes the job about instrumenting enquiry quality first and buying against it second.
Corporate Affairs Lead
Handles company formation, registrations and the compliance calendar for clients entering Bangladesh. Shahnaz is the reason the setup timeline we give you has real dates on it.
Thirty minutes on a call, or come to Malibagh and look at the gear. You will leave with a rough scope, a rough range, and an honest answer either way.
