The sequence, with real dates
Formation here is not difficult, it is sequential, and nearly every delay comes from starting a stage before the one it depends on has finished. You get the order with dates on it at the start, and we tell you which stage to begin this week.

Start the attestation on day one
For a foreign parent, the incorporation certificate, memorandum, board resolution and directors' passports all need notarisation and then legalisation, which for many jurisdictions means an apostille and then attestation at the Bangladesh mission.
It is the longest stage and it has no dependencies of its own, which makes it the single biggest thing you can do to compress the timeline. Nothing downstream can begin without it.
The three places weeks disappear
Attestation started late, a registered office address that has to change and therefore means amending filings, and a signatory list the parent board has not agreed before the bank application.
After incorporation
The registrations that follow cannot begin until the company exists, and all of them are needed before you can invoice. We do them in parallel where the law allows, and we hand over a compliance calendar with the recurring dates on it so your own team can keep it.
